- Items purchased from StyleShop.pk can be returned for any reason within 7 days of delivery.

- You must have your sales invoice slip.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging/box, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all brand and product labels/tags intact.
- Exclusions:
- This return policy does not apply to discounted products.
- Shipping Charges:
- If the delivered item is faulty or damaged, StyleShop.pk will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you wish to return a correct order for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

2. Exchanges

- You can exchange items for a different size, color, or style through the same outlet where they were purchased or dispatched, within 2 days of delivery.
- Conditions:
- You must have your sales invoice slip.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original labels/tags.
- Exclusions:
- The exchange policy does not apply to discounted products.
- Complaint Registration:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service through our website, specifying the item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason.
- Additional Benefit:
- For online exchanges, you may receive a coupon code for use on your next purchase, if applicable.
3. Refunds
- Eligibility & Timeframe:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of a voucher.
- Conditions for Refund:
- A refund may be issued only if the item does not match the original specifications or if the shipment has been delayed due to force majeure conditions.
- Exclusions:
- Refunds are not applicable to factory outlet products or discounted items, and cannot be processed from our retail stores.
