1. Returns

  • Eligibility & Timeframe:
    • Items purchased from StyleShop.pk can be returned for any reason within 7 days of delivery.
  • Conditions:
    • You must have your sales invoice slip.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging/box, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all brand and product labels/tags intact.
  • Exclusions:
    • This return policy does not apply to discounted products.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • If the delivered item is faulty or damaged, StyleShop.pk will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If you wish to return a correct order for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
  • Complaint Registration:
    • To initiate a return, please register your complaint by contacting Customer Care through our website, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.

2. Exchanges

  • Eligibility & Timeframe:
    • You can exchange items for a different size, color, or style through the same outlet where they were purchased or dispatched, within 2 days of delivery.
  • Conditions:
    • You must have your sales invoice slip.
    • Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original labels/tags.
  • Exclusions:
    • The exchange policy does not apply to discounted products.
  • Complaint Registration:
    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service through our website, specifying the item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason.
  • Additional Benefit:
    • For online exchanges, you may receive a coupon code for use on your next purchase, if applicable.

3. Refunds

  • Eligibility & Timeframe:
    • You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of a voucher.
  • Conditions for Refund:
    • A refund may be issued only if the item does not match the original specifications or if the shipment has been delayed due to force majeure conditions.
  • Exclusions:
    • Refunds are not applicable to factory outlet products or discounted items, and cannot be processed from our retail stores.
  • Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued exclusively as vouchers; we do not offer cash refunds. If you cancel your order before dispatch, your payment will be refunded. However, if the order has already been dispatched and you initiate a return, refunds will not be issued.

    • Securely repack the item(s) with the completed form, a copy of your invoice, and all original packaging.
